pH-Xtra Glycolysis Assay
The Agilent pH-Xtra glycolysis assay enables researchers to measure glycolytic rates in most microplate readers. This glycolysis assay may be used for metabolic characterization and to determine how specific interventions, such as nutrient deprivation, hypoxia, compound additon, or genetic manipulation impact glycolytic flux.
