Reachback spectral analysis request

Our reachback service is for expert spectroscopic analysis of Resolve system scans. Our Raman experts can help analyze a scan, or set of scans, where your Resolve system provides inconclusive results. This can be helpful if your system has:
  • not provided a match, despite providing a good quality spectrum
  • matched to something you have reason to believe is incorrect
  • given different results for more than one scan of the same substance under the same conditions
Using the form below, please supply as much information as possible about the scan(s) you would like us to analyze. Please provide a Reachback file(.cez) if possible. Omitting any information may result in a delayed Agilent response.
