Melissa focuses on digital services capabilities designed to improve lab operations, using data-driven decisions to meet scientific and business objectives. Melissa holds Master's degrees in Analytical Chemistry and Applied Economics and has extensive experience in the drug testing industry.

Brittany focuses on the operational challenges presented in modern scientific laboratories, such as asset control and multiple pain points which routinely burden lab productivity - she designs digital tools to simplify asset management and optimize service programs. Brittany holds Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry as well as Master's Degrees in International Business Management and Marketing.

Jim is focused on Pharmaceutical FDA (GMP / GLP) regulated laboratories for Data Integrity, Instrument Qualification (USP <1058> AIQ) and Computer System Validation (21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP 5) compliance. Jim holds degrees in Chemistry and Biology with over 25 years of regulated industry experience.

Phil focuses on digitally connected technologies to provide real-time visibility and utilization of all laboratory assets, resulting in optimized workflows while reducing unplanned downtime. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry as well as an MBA and has a background in Analytical Chemistry.

Laura focuses on learning services, such as CrossLab Start Up, Agilent University, and Method Applications, that help laboratory scientists gain the confidence and skills needed to maximize the full potential of analytical systems. Laura holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Analytical Chemistry from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience with scientific workflows, laboratory operations, and adult learning.

Philippe focuses primarily on CrossLab Enterprise Services and how to effectively leverage core capabilities of Asset Performance Management. Philippe holds a master's degree in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience running molecular biology laboratories in human genetics.

Grayson focuses on laboratory relocations and multi-vendor instrument services, working to ensure customers have an experienced partner to help navigate changing circumstances. Grayson is committed to unpacking the questions in today’s laboratories, from rethinking service strategies to understanding growth plans and beyond. He holds a B.A. in English from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Tim concentrates on providing the Asset Monitoring service within the Digital Lab portfolio helping laboratories understand their instrument utilization so they may optimize capital and operational expenses as well as workflow throughput. Tim holds a MBA from Boston University and has extensive experience commercializing services in multiple industries.

Greg focuses on bringing together CrossLab Services and Expert Guidance to help customers advance lab operations. Greg has more than 25 years of experience developing Asset Management programs.
